    MID SEASON

    HIGH SEASON

Notes:

  • The rent includes - linen, towels, weekly cleaning and laundry service.
  • A 30% deposit of the rent confirms the booking and the balance is due 6 weeks in advance of rental period. We will hold a provisional booking for 1 week only.
  • An additional refundable deposit of 250 Euros key loss/damage is required when paying the remaining balance. This is fully refundable on safe return of keys and no damage or abnormal cleaning required.
  • The villa will be prepared prior to your arrival with clean bed linen and towels. Please note that the villa is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. These times can be varied by special prior arrangement.
  • Payment can only be made by bank transfer to the owners Spanish bank. Pleased note that you must pay all bank charges (your bank will assist you).
  • Details of bank, key pick up and villa directions will be given on confirmation of availability of the dates.
  • Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund any money 5 weeks before arrival. It is common practice for travellers to take out holiday insurance to cover all eventualities.
  • All formal communication will be by e-mail but please feel free to phone for any queries or special requests.
  • For larger parties we are able to offer other properties in Los Naranjos de Marbella.
